Life can be unpredictable, but with our comprehensive warranty coverage, you can face the unexpected with confidence.
Standard 12-month warranty: included with every refurbished product.
Extend to 24 months: upgrade for an added warranty period.
Coverage
Both our standard 12-month warranty and the extended service safeguard against potential hardware or software defects. Please note that they don’t cover software issues and problems caused by user error including forgotten passwords, crashed updates or virus/malware issues.
Accidental hardware damage, such as impacts or spills, falls outside our coverage. Devices feature liquid ingress indicators to detect contact with liquids.
Please be aware that the warranty for all batteries remains limited to the first 30 days from the date of your invoice/order receipt.
Is Your Device Under Warranty?
To confirm the ongoing coverage under our warranty, feel free to get in touch with our customer service team via telephone, email or in-store.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Check the purchase date: Refer to your receipt, invoice or purchase receipt to verify the date of purchase
- Battery and power coverage: Please note that battery and power supply issues are only covered for the initial 30 days
- Inspect the warranty seal: Ensure that our warranty seal remains intact and undisturbed. If it’s placed within the item, avoid altering the device throughout the warranty period
If you’re unable to locate the purchase invoice, contact us directly. But please keep in mind, we don’t keep track of receipts so it’s your responsibility to retain them.
Without the original purchase receipt, we’ll be unable to validate your warranty.
Warranty Seal
Every refurbished device we sell comes with a warranty seal. It confirms professional refurbishment for sale both online and in-store. On laptops, you’ll find the warranty seal on the back of the device.
It’s essential to keep the seal intact during the warranty period. Disassembling or having the device checked by external technicians will invalidate the warranty.
