Whether you’ve had a change of heart or encountered an unforeseen issue, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Our refund policy is designed with your convenience in mind, offering clear guidelines to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Our Refund Policy
For online orders, you can start a return within 30 days of receiving your item – no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your device must remain in the same condition you received it – unused and returned securely in its original packaging. Keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy to validate your request.
For in-store purchases, you have a 14-day window to return or exchange your device with a potential restocking fee if the device has been used – this fee accounts for the necessary steps we must take to wipe the device and reinstall Windows.

Concerns
Take a look at your delivery. If something’s wrong or damaged, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll fix it for you.
Exclusions
Returns cannot be accommodated for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Should you have queries or uncertainties about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Regrettably, returns cannot be processed for sale items.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to secure the device you want is to initiate a return for your current item. Once the return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and examining your return, updating you on the approval status of your refund.
Once approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the processing of the refund by your bank or credit card company might take some time.
