Every product we offer undergoes a thorough quality check, evaluating both technical performance and cosmetics to guarantee flawless functionality.
Every device also undergoes data wiping in accordance with the latest industry standards, ensuring the complete removal of personal data and no room for retrieval.
Several grading guides exist for refurbished and second-hand items, but their definitions differ. It’s important to review them carefully.
The grades we use are as follows:
Our Grading Guide
| New | A brand new, untouched product enclosed in its original or specialised packaging. |

| Open Box | Functioning perfectly, this product is in a pristine state, exhibiting zero indications of use beyond opening. It mirrors an untouched condition. |
| Grade A | A fully operational product in a superior/excellent state, displaying minimal traces of use. This product may have faint, nearly imperceptible blemishes, yet the overall cosmetic appearance is exceptional. |
| Grade B | A fully operational product in a highly satisfactory state, showing slight but discernible indications of everyday use, such as typical scratches that arise during ownership. No damage of significant magnitude and no profound scratches. |
| Grade C | A fully operational product in satisfactory condition, featuring noticeable indications of everyday wear on the screen and casing, as indicated in the condition description. This involves moderately deeper dents and scratches on the device. |
| Battery Information | All batteries are assessed to ensure their capability to retain charge, with at least 70% of their original battery life remaining. |
